Adam Gibbs

Adam Gibbs serves as the CEO of OTC Industrial Technologies, where he has played a pivotal role in driving the company's growth. He joined OTC in November 2009 working out of our Grand Rapids, MI location. Over the years, Adam has held several key leadership positions, including Group President, which has equipped him to spearhead the company's growth initiatives. Before joining OTC, Adam built a successful career in retail, working in management, finance, and business development. He holds a BBA from Northwood University and an MBA from Michigan State University. When not working with OTC teams across the country, Adam spends time with family and friends.

Mike Del Regno

Mike rejoined OTC as Chief Financial Officer following his tenure as CFO of Midwest Acoust-A-Fiber. Previously, he served as Corporate Controller at OTC. Mike began his professional journey in public accounting before transitioning to corporate finance, where he has amassed over 20 years of leadership experience in finance and management across both private and publicly traded companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Capital University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Matt Marthinson

Matt Marthinson is the COO at OTC Industrial Technologies where his responsibilities include supply chain, continuous improvement, M&A, pricing & profitability, distribution and more. Matt's 30 years of comprehensive industry experience and business achievements in operations, production planning, materials management, procurement, transportation & logistics and sourcing & supply chain management have directly impacted the success of the companies he's supported. He is a certified Lean Master and has worked for companies such as Alcoa, Honeywell, H.B. Fuller, Kaiser Aluminum, Hubbell and most recently as the Chief Procurement Officer for J.B. Poindexter.

Roger Abrahams

Roger Abrahams is passionate about driving growth using technology and ensuring that the needs of the business are met and exceeded. Before joining OTC in June of 2022, he spent the last 21 years as an independent consultant, creating business strategies and driving change across a significant number of global organizations. Prior to this Roger spent 16 years at American Express. His background in IT and his breadth and depth of experience across all functional aspects of business provide him with an excellent basis for driving long-term, value-added solutions for OTC. He has a BSc (Hons) from University of Brighton. Roger lives with his wife and their dog in Colorado.

Brett Stanton is the President of OTC's Pump and Motor Technology segment. He has over 19 years of experience in engineering, engineered sales, and leadership and came to OTC through the acquisition of JCI Industries in 2020. Prior to his 13 years with JCI & OTC, he was a power plant system design engineer for Black & Veatch. Brett is a licensed professional engineer (PE) and earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri — Kansas City. Brett currently resides with his wife and two sons in the Joplin, MO area.

Bob Wilson is the President of Industrial Automation and Finishing at OTC Industrial Technologies. Bob has over 30 years of experience in leading specialty materials and engineering products companies servicing numerous applications. He has had P&L, marketing, business development and consulting leadership roles at companies such as Swagelok, KP, GrafTech, W.R. Grace, Arthur D. Little, Mitsubishi Rayon and Shell Chemical. He received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and his MBA/MA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Daniel Knapp

Daniel Knapp has 17 years of tenure with OTC, supporting the industrial distribution business. He joined the organization in 2008 as an aftermarket sales representative and since has held multiple leadership positions. Throughout his years Daniel has consistently demonstrated his dedication to the business through his excellent capabilities of collaboration, strategic iniative support and delivering exceptional customer service. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Louisville Business School. When not working, he enjoys spending time with family in the outdoors.

Glenn Ritzi is the President of the SVP of Commercial Strategy at OTC. Glenn has over 20 years of diverse experience in public, private, and private equity owned companies. He has held leadership roles in general management, sales, strategy, finance, and engineering for manufacturing and distribution companies serving industrial and municipal end markets. Glenn is a licensed professional engineer (PE) and earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering and minor in Environmental Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Additionally, Glenn earned his MBA from University of Notre Dame.
