Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned portfolio of clients by telephone and email reaching ~35 or more clients per day, utilizing third party system to document effort to secure payment on receivables. (currently Billtrust, WEBUI, Smartsheet)
  • Timely response to incoming customer emails and requests
  • Achieve monthly agreed cash collection targets/overdue debt targets
  • Process Credit Card Payments
  • Note disputed items in system with enough information to drive resolution, follow dispute to monitor the aging and timely response to customer
  • Inquire about unapplied cash or unused credits when interacting with a customer
  • Work closely with internal contacts to help collection efforts or resolve customer issues
  • Alert management on uncollectible accounts or potential fraudulent accounts, including proactively manage clients in bankruptcy/administration to minimize write-offs
  • Follow the dunning process up to and including suspension, disconnection, and 3rd Party Collection
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency and enhance customer experiences
  • Apply a customer first attitude but fair approach to collections


Required Experience/Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of B2B Collections experience
  • Excel Experience required
  • Knowledge of billing procedures & collection techniques
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office applications
  • Dependable and highly motivated individual
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
