We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role with internal and external customers, and possess strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. A mechanical background is recommended, but technical training will be provided.

  • Properly identify, source, and order parts for all direct sales related opportunities by referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify the correct parts for the make and model of the compressor being serviced.
  • Generate parts quotes with current pricing and delivery per customer requests.
  • Prioritize customer orders and requests based on urgency and received date.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers on parts issues.
  • Process and follow up on all urgent customer requests within 24 hours.
  • Review, identify, and work with local teams to resolve parts discrepancies.
  • Provide superior customer service through updates and communications regarding orders and quotes.
  • Follow up on all incomplete requests daily to ensure quickest turnaround time possible.
  • Update customers on Air Freight and Next Day shipments daily.
  • Skill in verbal communication coupled with the ability to interpret and explain parts information, primarily, by telephone or email.
  • Log all daily orders and quotes on Activity Logs.
  • Ability to work well with others on a team.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative and customer-centric environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Must be able to complete projects and requests in a timely manner.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner by email, phone or in person.
  • Warehouse duties to include - Shipping and Receiving, Inventory control, Cycle Count, Pulling of all CSA parts.
