Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide Solutions and Superior Customer Service including direct contact with customers
  • Assure Superior Customer Service by working with all Sales, Customer Service, Assembler and Warehouse teams for optimal performance
  • Sizing selecting and quoting the best suited equipment for the customers' application.
  • Maintain knowledge of and implement all aspects and options available within OTCs ERP SX.e (GUI) and apply it accordingly to each opportunity assuring Inside Sales/Customer Service meet Customer's needs/ delivery dates
  • Handle Aftermarket sales across multiple regions.
  • Call on existing customers and secure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Lead, assist and monitor all Operation issues including warehousing, non-stock, inventory, orders, credits, rebates, etc...
  • Monitor, review and provide all the necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports for both the Sales and Management Team
  • Manage and review inventory; resolve all related issues including Consignment warehouses (Stock, Non-Stock, Returns, etc).
  • Gain familiarity with and maintain knowledge of all vendors including the utilization of vendor portals
  • Manage, assist and monitor all accounting problems working with all Team members to resolve.
  • Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned/required.
  • Work cooperatively with other OTC associates; be a Team player including offering assistance when requested/required
  • Present OTC professionally and competently in all situations adhering to OTC's mission statement and core values.


Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two (2) years related experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of pump, rotating equipment and complimentary products preferred.
  • Superior customer relation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • The ability to work productively with other associates and vendors; a "team" attitude. Work cooperatively with other OTC associates; be a Team player. Offer assistance when requested/required.
  • Present OTC professionally and competently in all situations adhering to OTC's mission statement and core values.
