Responsibilities (will include, but not be limited to)
  • Follow All Documented Procedures
  • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
  • Develops sales opportunities by building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations and processing orders.
  • Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries, verifying, and entering information.
  • Fills orders; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.
  • Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
  • Maintains communication through troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by following standards, recommending improved policies and procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Complete other tasks as needed

  • To AAP to timely process quotes, orders, or other customer requests via phone or email
  • Catalog Product Knowledge - personal continuous improvement in product knowledge
  • Follow Structured Pricing Procedure

  • Customer communications
  • Supervisor communications
  • OSR communications
  • Catalog Product Knowledge

  • Structured Pricing, contact OSR if lower required
  • Expedited Freight for any reason approved by Management
  • Manage logistics to fit the customer's needs
  • Communicate to suppliers on any special requests or needs
  • No Responsibility, Accountability, or Authority is transferable to any other department.
