Operations Specialist

What You'll Do:

  • Enter Orders and generate purchase orders to send to vendors
  • Follow up on Open Orders to ensure vendor confirmation and shipping information has been noted in SXe.
  • Expedite orders as needed to meet customer's requested ship date.
  • Track and report Account performance levels on On Time Deliveries.
  • Work with Account Managers to develop and execute expediting plans that meet customer's needs. Assist with partner account process improvements and tracking.
  • Extensive knowledge of account requirements and special situations, ability to achieve target goals.
  • Work cooperatively with other OTC associates.
  • Offer assistance when required.
  • Invoice Monthly Billings
  • Track Customer Credits

What You'll Need:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or High School Diploma with two (2) years related experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of electrical and automation distribution.
  • Excellent customer relation and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, including accurate data entry skills
  • Capable of working independently, as well as a team member
  • High level office computer skills required. I'•Jicrosoft Office knowledge a must.
