We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our Service Repair Department. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient execution of service repair projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless coordination between various teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling:


  • Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.


  1. Communication and Collaboration:


  • Act as a liaison between the Service Repair Department and other relevant departments.
  • Communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations to all teams.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain open lines of communication to address any issues promptly.
  • Must maintain the ability to stay patient and help customers, and our service team, troubleshoot technical problems by either working directly with manufactures.


  1. Resource Allocation:


  • Coordinate with the resource management team to allocate personnel, equipment, and materials for each project.
  • Ensure that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.


  1. Quality Assurance:


  • Collaborate with the quality control team to establish and maintain high standards for service repair projects.
  • Monitor and report on project deliverables to ensure they meet quality expectations.


  1. Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change orders.
  • Generate regular reports for management, summarizing project status, risks, and achievements.
  • Ability to review and understand OME, product owner's manuals.


  1. Issue Resolution:


  • Identify potential issues and risks and work proactively to resolve them.
  • Escalate critical issues to management for timely resolution.
  • Assist with equipment troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis.
