Based in Easton, PA, you'll work on a wide variety of rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes in both shop and field settings. We'll provide the rotating equipment training. You bring the mechanical foundation and the work ethic.

What You'll Do
- Performs duties assigned under the direction of Shop Manager to ensure the team is aligned on the goals and objectives for the team for each day.
- Perform and oversee the disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and lead root cause analysis on equipment failures.
- Interpret technical drawings, OEM manuals, and repair specifications.
- Ensure proper documentation of repair findings, measurements, tolerances, and parts used.
- Requires travel to job sites.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.
We'll Train You On
- Rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, and gearboxes
- API, ANSI, and OEM repair standards and specifications
- Precision measurement tools and equipment alignment procedures
- Forklift and overhead crane operation
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school or mechanical certification a plus
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience in an industrial, manufacturing, automotive, HVAC, military, or similar environment required
- Experience with rotating equipment a plus, but not required; we'll train the right candidate
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and engineering drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude; comfortable using shop equipment (drill press, pneumatic hand tools, horizontal bandsaw, cutting torch)
- Willingness to learn rotating equipment-specific skills and industry standards
- Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel to customer sites as needed
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- May be required to work overtime or on-call based on job demands
