Regional Sales Manager - Aftermarket

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compressed air aftermarket sales and a proven track record of success in managing a sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
  • This position requires up to 50% travel (Cleveland, Toledo, and Pittsburgh area)
  • Drive revenue by achieving sales targets through market analysis, forecasting, and lead management.
  • Strengthen client base by building relationships, understanding needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with sales, service and engineering teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to increase product line revenue.
  • Conduct sales visits and demonstrations to expand our market presence.
  • Pursue utility service opportunities with business units.
  • Develop and execute sales plan for an emerging market for mid-sized factories
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compressed air aftermarket sales
  • Proven track record of success in managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
