Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within a regional/national sales team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Manage and grow sales in assigned territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or five years of experience in compressed air sales.
  • Minimum of two years in sales management, preferably in the compressed air industry.
  • Proactive prospecting with a dedication to fieldwork.
  • Deep passion for and understanding of the compressed air industry.
  • Strategic thinker with a vision for territorial growth.
  • Skilled in presentations and communication across platforms.
  • Innovative problem solver with a flair for identifying new business opportunities.
