ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop, Set Goals, Procedures and Standards leading to achievement consistent with our Mission Statement, Core Values, and Business Objectives
  • Safety first mindset that ensures compliance with safety procedures, training, and other safety initiatives relative to the service/repair industries.
  • Accountable for reaching the overall service/repair benchmarks, KPI's, and financial performance of Business Units (BUs) under your supervision within PMT Segment
  • Develop and manage service repair capacity through internal and external segment resources
  • Create and execute plans for driving growth in the targeted markets for each BU
  • Implement and maintain a consistent business model including documentation, procedures, customer service levels and quality throughout PMT Service locations
  • Provide guidance and review of service contracts and follow-thru
  • Drive specific continuous improvement projects pertaining to service repair and projects at the local and Segment level
  • Coach to exceptional Service Levels that lead to a positive culture and excellent results for the customer
  • Provide cross-functional leadership and maintain strong relationships with vendors, OTC service resources and the sales team
  • Review and ensure adequate equipment, tools, and vehicles for service staff.
  • Develop and maintain a continuing education/training program for Service Technicians with the assistance of Shop/Service Managers
  • Coach Associates to assure development including achievement of individual goals and business objectives, along with coordination of product and technical training
  • Coordinate efforts with the Regional Senior Service Director to find supplemental paths to organic revenue growth
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials, tools, and processes

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Can demonstrate the ability to deliver on a plan by holding others accountable to achieve results
  • Strong servant leadership and clear, effective communication skills required
  • Able to identify, track and advise on space and capacity constraints- previous experience building out shop floor plans and related process optimization is a plus
  • Must be process oriented- experience implementing value stream is a strong plus
  • Can demonstrate analytical skills necessary to make quality business decisions
  • Excellent computer literacy and strong organizational skills

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business field preferred, however, equivalent industry experience considered
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing Service/Repair shop and/or 5+ in a regional or multi-branch environment
  • Prior experience managing Pump, Gear or Motor service/repair shop preferred
