Position: Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation & Finishing

Location: Denver, CO

Responsibilities:
  • Identifies and targets potential customers, maintains existing customers, and improves customer relations to increase market share.
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with key customer personnel and develops new accounts.
  • Secures orders from existing and potential customers through facility visits, phone calls, and video calls.
  • Develops and implements sales strategies with management to meet annual sales targets.
  • Visits customer facilities, maintains contact and consults to secure sales with existing and potential customers.
  • Analyzes and researches pertinent information to respond to customer inquiries regarding product features, performance, application, substitution, and special application requests.
  • Travel within specified Colorado based territory required.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • College degree preferred, alongside a minimum of four years of experience in finishing, dispensing and/or filtrations technology sales, or a comprehensive six years of sales experience in the industrial technology sector.
  • Proficiency in and ability to explain knowledge of industrial automation solutions
  • Proven experience identifying customer needs, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently
  • Proven customer-centric approach, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and satisfaction
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams, engineers, and other departments to achieve common goals
  • Ability to present technical information to diverse audiences, including customers and colleagues
  • Ability to travel on a regular basis to customer sites within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to travel overnight approximately 10% of the time
  • A commitment to the concept of "doing it right the first time".
  • Valid Driver's License
