What You'll Do:

- Successfully executes all action plans and strategies to achieve the desired outcome.
- Possesses a strong business acumen to make sound decisions pertaining to the needs of the business including all aspects of P&L.
- Create and submit a monthly and annual sales plan based on market potential.
- Works with inside sales to ensure customer orders are entered and processed correctly and efficiently.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Implement and support corporate initiatives intended to achieve the corporate mission.
- Must be willing to complete sales call as needed with your direct reports
- Responsible for department and direct reports are meeting and exceeding key KPI's
- Responsible for vendor relationships, vendor KPI management, vendor target development and progress report out to vendors
- Responsible for business specific sales targets for individual sellers, and account management that provides the best customer coverage to best support the customer, the business, and OTC
What You'll Need:
- College degree is preferred, alongside a minimum of 6 years of experience pump and motor technology sales, or a comprehensive eight years of sales experience in the industrial technology sector.
- Minimum of three years in sales management, with multi-territory leadership preferred.
- A commitment to the concept of “doing it right the first time”
- Technically knowledgeable of pumps and rotating equipment and related systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License and must be able to complete background check.
- Strong desire to WIN and dominate the market
