REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS

- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated results in successful Manufacturing or Engineering Project Management
- Excellent understanding of the requirements of relevant legislation.
- Ability to prepare and present reports and ideas.
- Minimum (3) years in leadership role; management experience leading teams across multiple geographies preferred.
- Minimum (5) years' experience in project management or coordination in the industrial automation sector preferred
- Proven working experience in project management in the industrial automation sector
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Practical, highly adaptable, resourceful and organized
- Able to solve problems on the spot and complete the work thoroughly
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Self-motivated, confident, able to conduct presentations in small groups
- Proficient and professional verbal and written communication
- Commercially aware
- Machine and personal safety aware
